Marcia B. Marsh Goffney

Marcia Goffney is an insightful lawyer, ethics professional, leader and director.  Her extensive background as a corporate vice president, secretary and general counsel; ethics professor and workplace inclusion and advancement  consultant provide unique benefits to her clients.

Goffney’s experience spans the globe, cultures and industries.  She has provided her expertise to clients in the United States, Europe, Asia and South America.  Her breadth of knowledge encompasses, chemical, medical and automotive products. Her areas of legal expertise include governance, products liability litigation and  intellectual property.

Goffney is a frequent speaker, coach and consultant on the topics of women in the workplace and inclusion. She is a mentor to many  and is co-founder of the highly successful Charting Your Own Course career conference.
